Opened in 1972 and now in its third generation, Manpo Myeonok specializes in Northern-style cuisine such as Pyeongyang Cold Noodles and Eobok Jangban. Its deep yet refreshing flavor, created by blending meat broth with dongchimi, follows the authentic Pyongan Province style rarely found in Seoul. The recipe has been faithfully handed down from the founder from Pyongan Province to the current owner. Out of pride and sincerity for their food, the restaurant refuses to open franchises to preserve its original taste, offering a dining experience filled with unchanging devotion.
