Every day at 2 a.m., they prepare to make rice cakes and continue to make rice cakes the old-fashioned way. Their red bean paste is aged for 24 hours with radish and mulberry leaves, then boiled for eight hours. Glutinous rice cakes are the most famous, but they also make rare rice cakes.
