WHY VISIT
Samcheong-dong Sujebi began in the 1980s when owner Han Ki-young started a small snack shop in Samcheong-dong and gained fame with handmade sujebi crafted according to customers' requests. In 1982, it officially opened as a sujebi specialty restaurant, and unlike other sujebi establishments, it serves the dish in an earthenware pot. By adding potatoes, zucchini, and seaweed flakes, they maintain a simple yet savory and nutty flavor using minimal ingredients. It remains a popular restaurant today, visited by many Koreans and tourists seeking a nostalgic taste.
