WHY VISIT
Avelop, a coined term from 'advance' or 'art' and 'develop', reflects the meaning of continuously advancing while deepening artistic sensibility. Located in a house designed in 1972 by Kim Chung Up, a representative figure of modern Korean architecture in the 20th century, the space has been sensitively remodeled. Preserving as much as possible the stories carried by the original walls, windows, and floors, the building has been modernly reinterpreted. Operated as a bakery café, all bread is baked fresh daily, and leftovers are discarded at the end of the day.
