Apple House started as a food stall in Banpo in 1987, and as word of mouth spread, customers flocked to set up shop. In 2022, it moved from Banpo to Isu due to redevelopment. Currently, the owner is passing on the recipe to his daughter to continue the business for the second generation. The owner attributes the restaurant's longevity to its "unchanged flavor". Regulars are happy that it tastes the same as it used to, and younger customers come for the old flavors.
