This is a waterside open-air cafe situated around the artificial waterfall of Hongjecheon, dubbed 'Seoul-type Waterside Emotional City No. 1', a space where you can relax while admiring a 25m-high and 60m-wide artificial waterfall. Seodaemun-gu has established the Youth Hope Dream Fund, utilizing proceeds from Cafe Pokpo, which opened in 2023, to provide scholarships that support students' dreams.
