Leaving out common allergen like egg, milk, and butter, Ooh Breado makes their bread using healthy domestically grown ingredients like rice, brown rice, and organic flour. Their signature menu is their "Sweet Pumpkin Cube," a flour-less bread made with a dough mixture of rice, brown rice, organic whole wheat, and other healthy ingredients, filled with pumpkin puree and red bean paste, topped with almond streusel.
