Kim Yong-an Patisserie has been in business since 1967. The founder Kim Yong-an's know-how in making sweets has made it possible for people to enjoy delicious hot pot to this day. Senbei was made by following the Japanese confectionery technology to make a living during the Japanese occupation, but there is a clear difference in the way they have been reborn under the hands of the owner. Since its opening, the shop has maintained its flavor with good ingredients and craftsmanship from father to son, and today it still produces savory and crispy sweets with an eggy flavor.
