Daehan Gopchang (Jangan Branch)

WHY VISIT

Hwasa, a member of a powerful girl group Mamamoo, ate at this place on a reality show "I Live Alone", and a gopchang (grilled intestines) craze was caused in Korea. The name of the place is Daehan Gopchang in Jangan near Janghanpyeong Station. After the show was aired, so many people came over that the restaurant now closes early everyday as they sell out their food. Gopchang gets more savory as you chew it, and makchang has a very attractive chewy texture, and Daechang is very soft. The all-in-one set where you can taste all three is what the restaurant recommends. Enjoy their homemade sauce, onions, cheese, and curry seasoning to your taste. No meal will be more perfect than when you wrap up your meal with fried rice, just like Hwasa did.
