The owner started selling side dishes at his own stall after his brother's business failed. She sold delicious side dishes such as kimchi and crab paste at the stall, which went viral, and opened the first side dish shop in Gwangjang Market. She named the shop 'Soonhee's Banchan' after her eldest daughter. Nowadays, everyone uses the name 'Soonhee', but the original 'Soonhee' in Gwangjang Market is Soonhee's Banchan, which is the pride of the owner. Regular customers say that this place is like a second home.
