Pro Soy Crab first opened in 1980 and it is considered by many to be Korea's foremost ganjang-gejang (soy sauce marinated crab) restaurant. Pro Soy Crab's main branch is located at Sinsa-dong but there is another location in Samseong-dong, Seoul. Pro Soy Crab uses only the freshest high-quality ingredients to create their crab and seafood dishes. Diners can enjoy a range of seafood such as ganjang-gejang (soy sauce marinated crab), yangnyeom-gejang (spicy marinated crab), kkotge jjim (braised blue crab), and sannakji (sliced raw octopus). In a fun design touch, the walls of the restaurant interior are decorated with photos and autographs of famous Korean baseball players and Hallyu stars.
