WHY VISIT
This Jeong-dong area restaurant is quite famous for their light-tasting kalguksu (handmade knife-cut noodle soup) and mandu (dumplings). They prepare sagol (four legs) broth (made using the four leg bones of a cow), but the real delicacies at this restaurant are the white kimchi and red kimchi they offer as side dishes. They use napa cabbage that is grown in cold climates, and the seasonings are not strong, so it is a perfect match with the noodles. Their gookbap (rice in beef broth) and bossam (steamed pork with napa cabbage wraps) are also very good.
