WHY VISIT
Pulhyanggi Sonkalguksu has been serving up kalguksu (handmade knife-cut noodle soup) for 20 years. The noodles here are very soft and chewy. Another recommended dish is their haemulpajeon (seafood and green onion pancakes), loaded with shrimp and clams. Also excellent is the bossam, thinly-sliced steamed pork with napa cabbage wraps served with wrapped kimchi that is made fresh daily.
