WHY VISIT
At Chuncheon Son Kalguksu, which has been in business for 30 years, the big hit in the summer is makguksu (thick buckwheat noodles in chilled broth with hot sauce) is popular, and in the winter, it's their kalguksu (handmade knife-cut noodle soup). The kalguksu is topped with chicken and ground peanuts. They make their own chicken broth and their own noodles. The interior is decorated with artwork by the owner, who used to be an artist.
