WHY VISIT
Samho Bokjip has been very popular for bogeo (puffer fish) dishes for about 30 years. Their tang (soup), made with fresh puffer fish and fresh vegetables, has a delicious and refreshing taste. Another popular menu item is their bok 'shabu shabu', whichinvolves dipping thinly-sliced puffer fish wrapped around mushrooms and vegetables in boiling broth. Other delicious choices on the menu include the bok sushi, beoseot jjim (mushrooms steamed with seasonings), and doenjang ttukbaegi (soybean paste stewin an earthenware bowl).
