Gaenmaeul is a very famous mandu (Korean dumpling) restaurant in Ichon-dong. Two of their specialities is their kimchi mandu, which are made bite-sized, and their nokdu buchim, griddled mung bean pancakes made with mung beans which have been hand-groundin a stone mill, mixed with kimchi and vegetables.
