Songuksi is a noodle restaurant. The noodles at Songuksi have a nice chewy texture because the wheat-flour dough is kneaded by hand and left to rise in the fridge, and only cooked once you place your order. Sujebi (hand-torn noodle soup) and kalguksu (handmade knife-cut noodle soup) makes an enjoyable meal for two or three people.
