WHY VISIT
Sabal specializes in noodles, but the interior is like that of a café. Here, traditional noodle dishes are transformed into fusion creations. Popular dishes are noodles in chicken broth topped with chicken, and hwangtae bibimguksu (spicy mixed noodles topped with winter-dried pollack). The bowls and plates are very attractive, as well.
