WHY VISIT
Formerly located in the basement of the Westin Chosun, Sushi Cho was newly opened on the 18th floor. They have a reputation for using fresh ingredients delivered from Japan and for having the longest Japanese "hinoki dai" table in Korea. The chef is Japanese and comes from the legendary sushi restaurant Kyubi in Tokyo. This place is currently one of the best sushi restaurants in Seoul.
