WHY VISIT
Opened by an ambitious chef who studied and worked in Spain, the United States, and elsewhere, Jungsik Seoul is the pioneer of a new style of cuisine: New Korean. Although still not fully formed, the style re-approaches Korean dishes from a French perspective. The plating is avant-garde, and the blending of Korean and Western cuisine is evident in their choice of ingredients and menu. Lunch and dinner are both served in one full-course set menu which changes every two or three months.
