This is the Yangjae-dong branch of Pyeonggaok, a restaurant in Bundang specializing in North Korean cuisine. Two of the most popular items are the eobok jaengban (pressed beef served on a brass plate) and the Pyeongyang naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles served either in a tangy iced broth or mixed with spicy red chili sauce). The naengmyeon here is decadent: it's topped with slices of beef, pork, chicken, and pheasant meatballs, and the rich broth is made from beef and pheasant. The Pyeongyang-style dumplings and mung bean pancakes are also quite popular.
