Sinmi Sikdang has been in operation for 20 years. Their gamjatang (pork backbone stew), samgyeopsal (grilled pork belly), and chargrilled spicy pork ribs are excellent. The portion of ribs is generous and quite satisfying. On weekdays, they can get very busy, making it difficult to find a seat.
