WHY VISIT
Hwangtogil specializes in hangari sujebi, which is hand-torn noodle soup, and sanchae bibimbap, which is a mixed-rice dish served with sautéed traditional Korean vegetables, seasoned bean sprouts, spicy julienned radish, sautéed zucchini, oak mushrooms, and deep-fried soy bean curd. The sujebi dough is made with bean flour and ground peanuts mixed with flour and aged for two or three days.
