At Hyundae Kalguksu, you'll probably have to wait in line to have their kalguksu (handmade knife-cut noodle soup). Their broth is made with seven ingredients, including anchovies, kelp, dry shrimps, and pollack, and is very refreshing. They replenish your noodles and rice as often as you want. In the summer, another good choice is kongguksu (noodles in cold soybean soup).
