WHY VISIT
Eoyang's speciality is seafood. Fish, such as sea bream and rockfish, are caught on the fly from a large aquarium in a corner of the kitchen. They offer an assortment of sauces that go nicely with shrimp or meat, and you can order your choice of sauce, just like in China. They are also well-known for eoyang duban juice, made by boiling pork shanks with Asian medicinal ingredients, and then steaming them.
