Songjukheon

WHY VISIT

Songjukheon has served hanjeongsik (Korean table d'hôte) meals for over 20 years. Gujeolpan (a platter of nine colorful ingredients served with thin crepes), steamed abalone, various Korean pancakes, steamed fermented skate, grilled sweetfish, and grilled eel are the representative dishes at this restaurant, and the various dried pickled vegetables, salted and fermented dishes, and kimchi that they serve are appetizing. You can enjoy authentic food from Jeollanam-do, the southern province of the region of Jeolla, in a relaxing atmosphere, making this a good place to entertain foreign guests. Since they only prepare the food in advance based on reservations, advanced booking is required.
