WHY VISIT

At Itsumo you can enjoy a variety of Japanese side dishes, such as tofu tempura and octopus salad seasoned with vinegar, both of which go nicely with ponzu sauce. Recommended is the Nagasaki chanpon, a spicy noodle soup with seafood and vegetables. The broth made from pork bones is poured over fried vegetables at high heat, and the resulting soup tastes refreshing and good to the last drop.
