Biwon Son Kalguksu is a kalguksu (handmade knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant that has been in the Changkyunggung palace area for 30 years. The noodle soup is made with Korean beef flank and is light-tasting and delicious. Their mandu jeongol (dumpling hot pot) is also very good. The delicious dumplings are stuffed with mushrooms and other ingredients.
