Superior Gallery is pleased to present the Drawing Again exhibition by artists Kim Si-hyun and Yoo Chung-mok, who showcase original works that explore tradition within the diversity of contemporary art. Kim Si-hyun paints traditional patterned bojagi (wrapping cloth) using hyper-realistic techniques, revealing traces and beauty within their intricate designs. Yoo Chung-mok combines the five cardinal colors of Korean art with hwangma (a type of hemp) and glass, infusing traditional motifs with modern elements to suggest new possibilities in contemporary abstraction.
