WHY VISIT
CLUB Seolhwa is an audience-participatory performance that modernly reinterprets Korean traditional fairy tales, folktales, and myths. The audience directly listens to the unfair stories of the tiger, goblin (dokkaebi), Nolbu, and the nine-tailed fox (gumiho), and votes for the most unfairly treated being. The performance proceeds in a new form combining a musical, a club, and a party, and you can watch while moving freely. During the performance, you can communicate with the actors and participate in games and events. After the performance ends, a special salpuri (exorcism) ritual unfolds for the selected being.
