WHY VISIT
Kim Geun-tae Memorial Library-Archives which is located at the corner of the way going to Bukhansan National Park, as a Larchiveum, it is a library to read a book but at the same time, it's a museum that has a story of democracy and human rights, and also an art gallery to appreciate art works. A courtyard, which was naturally made at the center which was created by connecting the both ends of the two buildings with the bridge, is the most opened space in Kim Geun-tae Memorial Library-Archives and it's a space where you can directly feel the sunlight and the wind. As a library and an art gallery, the installation work is located on the courtyard so you can see an art work in the nature. At the rooftop called 'Sanbaramgil', various plays and events will be held with the background of the nature.
