Yongmasan Mountain is the highest mountain in Jungnang-gu and the highest peak of Achasan Mountain. Yongmasan Mountain, famous for its wonderful views, has a hiking course that's good for beginners. Before beginning your hike, visit Yongma Waterfall Park to view the man-made waterfalls and stop by Yongmasanjeong Pavilion to take a break and view the scenery. The course to Yongmabong Peak consists of many stairs. From the Yongmasan Observatory, you can easily see the views of Seoul in one glance. When you arrive at the summit of Yongmasan, Yongmabong Peak, you will also find a road to the summit of Achasan Mountain. Thanks to the beautiful sunset and night view from Yongmasan Mountain it is a very popular place for night hiking.
