WHY VISIT
The Ttukseom Theme Park boasts magnificent views of the Hangang, and with a capacity of more than 3,500 people, it hosts a variety of cultural events and activity programs for visitors all year around. In summer, Ttukseom, which was originally designed as a large swimming pool, boasts special features including a fountain in the adult pool and a long winding pool resembling a stream. In winter, the area is covered in snow, giving visitors the chance to go sledding, build snowmen and enjoy snowball fights. The Glistening Snow Village with its Christmas decorations adds to the festive spirit, and at the Soft Play Village, visitors can enjoy 3D movies or make clay models and hand-mirrors using hanji (traditional Korean paper made from mulberry trees).
