Yangjaecheon Stream and Tancheon Stream are two tributaries of the Hangang River. The streams offer picturesque walking trails for visitors to enjoy. Yangjaecheon Stream, sometimes referred to as Hanyeoul Stream, is a tributary of the Hangang River. The stream is 18.5 km long and flows from Gwacheong in Gyeonggi-do Province to the southern part of Seoul. The stream's name is derived from the area in Seoul it flows through, Yangjae-dong. Tancheon Stream is another one of the Hangang's tributaries. The stream is 35.6 km long and starts in the city of Yongin in Gyeonggi-do Province and ends at the Hangang River in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. With its gently sloping walking paths and well-maintained cycling routes stretching along the stream, this urban waterway is a popular spot for walking, running, and riding. It is especially famous as a tourist destination for cherry blossoms in spring and colorful foliage in autumn.
