The T-money Card: Your Korea Travel Companion

The T-money card (티머니) is a rechargeable transit card that works on:

Naver Maps for Seoul Transit

Intercity Buses (시외버스 / 고속버스)

For cities not well-served by KTX (like Gyeongju, Jeonju, Gangneung), intercity buses are the best option.

• All-stop train: ~66 minutes, stops at Hongdae, City Airport station, etc. (₩4,950)
• Trains run every 5–10 minutes from 05:23 to 00:16

Airport Limousine Bus

• Routes to Gangnam, Hongdae, Insadong, and major hotel areas
• Journey time: 60–90 minutes (traffic-dependent)

Taxi

Gimpo Airport (GMP): Domestic Flights

Gimpo Airport (20 min west of central Seoul) handles:

From city: Line 5 or Line 9 subway (30–40 min from central Seoul).

Rental Cars in Korea

Recommended only for:
